Ragsdale Ranch

The Ragsdale Ranch project in Travis County, Texas will include the sale of a conservation easement to a three-way partnership of the City of Austin, The Hill Country Conservancy and The Natural Resource Conservation Service of the United States Department of Agriculture. Subsequent resale of the land to a conservation oriented end-user will ensure protected open space in an area vulnerable to extensive property development.
