and investors in a number of creative, sophisticated transactions
designed to protect properties with valuable conservation attributes.

successful, highly visible conservation real estate projects of the past decade.
These projects have included significant land assemblages and use of devices
such as conservation easements, limited development rights, public financings
and other structuring techniques to successfully complete complex transactions.
